Whether you’re training for a triathlon or just coming off the couch, our group workouts are designed to work for you. Each class is crafted around those in attendance, giving you the motivation of fellow goal-getters and the personalization of a coach.
Indoor Cycling with Smart Trainer Technology
Step into our state-of-the-art studio, complete with 15 CompuTrainer bikes and a wall-to-wall screen. Track your performance in real time, including heart rate, cadence, FTP, speed, pace, hemoglobin count, and muscle mapping. Go home with a numerical and graphic summary of your ride. Come back ready to top yourself.
Enduro Fit
Boost your endurance and strength with a combination of TRX, VIPr, and compound weighted movements. With a primary focus on activation, mobility, stability, and loaded movement, it’s the perfect workout to help you improve performance in general or in your primary sport. An excellent endurance class that can be scaled for any ability or strength level.
Elements
Based on the nine elements of human movement, this three day-a-week program focuses on specific components of the functional movement spectrum each day. This functional strength and conditioning program, outlined below, is designed to improve your performance as a human being. Each 60 minute class will build a balanced foundation of strength, boost your aerobic capacity, and challenge you through constant variations within a highly structured training program.
Monday: hip hinge, horizontal push, horizontal pull, hip & abdominal flexion
Wednesday: squat, vertical push, vertical pull, rotation & anti-rotation
Friday: single leg lunge, unilateral push, unilateral pull, lateral flexion & stability
Speed & Strength
An endurance class combining treadmill and mat work to improve both speed & strength. This class puts muscles in motion using rotational movements, unilateral work, gait training, and more. Learn how to combine your speed and strength to improve overall power and reach your optimal performance.
F & F
Focus on flexibility and foundation in this fundamental movement class. Stretch, soothe and strengthen the facial lines—the structures within your body that connect and control your every movement. Recalibrate your system in 45 minutes using simple static stretches and postural exercises focused on the glute and core musculature. Balance the nervous system with breathing exercises. This class will help you prevent injury, maintain better form and movement patterns and improve performance in every athletic endeavor.
Saturday Strength
Elements: The Extended Weekend Edition. Join our coach, Matt Ricca, for 90 minutes of functional strength and conditioning using the holy grail of gym weights—the kettlebell. Spike your heart rate with explosive exercises, improve functional strength with dynamic movement, all while constantly working your core strength and balance. This kettlebell workout will swing you right into shape.
